For the Generation To Come

I love using del.icio.us for saving internet bookmarks. You really should check it out. And you can even share your bookmarks which is awesome! In the sidebar you can click to see my del.icio.us bookmarks. Looking for some history links, bible study sites, how about a place to make a word search…you can find some great stuff in my bookmarks!

So anybody have any great homeschool links to share?

Just had to post about a few helpful things I’ve found.

First is bloglines for keeping up with all the blogs you like to read. Once you add your favorite blogs, you can begin to just check your feeds on bloglines instead of going to each blog to see if there is something new. Since different blogs update frequently and some not so frequently…it saves time by highlighting those blogs that have new posts.

Last week Firefox downloaded and updated itself and lost all my bookmarks! This is sooo frustrating. I had to have a new hard drive put in my computer about 4 months ago and lost all my favorites then, too! But today I found del.icio.us. Wish I had known about this sooner…you can save all your favorites and categorize them…and even share them with friends! Too Cool!
